Do you accept insurance?

Rauser Counseling currently accepts Aetna, ASR, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Blue Care Network, Cofinity, and Priority Health. Many plans offer out-of-network benefits and may cover all or part of the cost if you do not see your insurance provider listed. 

The best way to determine your coverage is to call the number on the back of your card.

The following questions may be helpful:

  1. Does my plan include mental health benefits?

  2. Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?

  3. Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?

  4. Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?



Rates vary based on the insurance provider and plan. Determining coverage with your provider is the best way to determine the cost. You can contact us with your insurance information if you need assistance determining your coverage. 



For numerous reasons, many decide to avoid insurance involvement all together and pay out-of-pocket for services. Due to reduced costs in processing fees, a discounted rate is offered for self-pay. 


Payment is due at time of service. Payments can be made online through a secure portal by credit card, HSA, or FSA card. Payment can also be made in the office by card, cash, or check made payable to Rauser Counseling LLC.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be made with at least 24 hours' notice. If you are unable to provide 24 hours' notice, you will be charged $100. Payment must be received prior to the next session. Exceptions may be made in the event of emergencies and can be discussed on a case by case basis.
